New Update Issue?

I just upgraded new version in Reaper and now Im experiencing a static noise when I have a track open for recording and playback. Any suggestions?

no one else has reported anything like this.... so I'd check to see what other things you have changed... track IO settings, sound card settings, etc. as ever, it would be good to tell us here in detail what system and what audio card you are using... people here can be helpful but only a few of them has physic powers :)

Also, reinstall the earlier version and check if the static noise occurs there now.
