quote:
Originally posted by Reclined: there is nothing a PC can do a mac cant

That is not true now. I can have ridiculous amount of plugins with my Athlon XP1800+(220 to be exact) where the Fastest MAC can do only half right now. If this changes next week with MacWorld Expo then I will buy a MAC whenever I have enough money (before the summer i hope). As i said before, my PC is all i need as far as the power goes right now. The rest is upto my talent. So, even if the PCs get a lot more faster next year, with MAC that has enough power, I should be able to use any Soft Synth, Plugin, Logic etc... I will choose freedom then. However, a friend of mine has a G4 867mhz and i have more freedom than he does now. He has very limited power compared to mine. He paid 3grand for his machine. I have to admit that i loved his super drive though. Also OSX looks and behaves great. It is very artistic and fun to use. We will see the developments next week.
