Buy G4 now or wait

Is it best to purchase one of the Dual Proscessor 500 G4's now, or wait for the new G4's to come out. I heard that they will not have dual processors, but will have faster speeds. I know that the 001 system does not presently address the second processor anyway. I'll be using my computer almost exclusively for music. Any advice.

I don't think that the digi software is written to actually benifit from the the duel processors

Id wait till after the Mac conference on the 9th because whatever they pull out they ass the G4's that are $1299 now will guarantee to drop the prices very low, then snatch one of em...
