A bit late to the party. I absolutely love this theme although no volume control on the tracks is a deal breaker for me. Please tell me this can be rectified?! :(

Yes, it can be revised. That is how it was designed. The volume faders are in the mixer. However, the theme could be disassembled and modified to add faders to the Arranger tracks and the appropriate fader graphics. Probably it would be best to add a new TCP layout.
