Hi there, i got the same problem running with Xp log ; Stream 20:data arrive too late current SRC. Stream EO:data arrive too late current SRC. what can be the problem? what is EO?
have you had success with win2000 possibly, because it seems that xp & 2000 are the only programs available to use ntsf(i use a lot of files over 4gb). if 2000 is a possibility that would be awesome...
was using max bitrate at 9800 i tryed authoring with just ac3, ac3 + dts, ac3 + subtitle, dts + subtitle, just dts, same thing every time... and i've gotten it to work twice before, i just don't get it
I have a feeling its just going to come down to how some original DVD's were made. I have a feeling that there is something in the subs that just aren't right or are different then what this thing wants and ultimately it will fail. The first DVD I was playing around with to backup I got it to work just fine, then I tried bad company with subs and it failed. If I remove the subs it will process everything. I haven't burned it yet though to see what it will look like yet.
I have the same feeling. I've been playing a bit with Star Wars, Episode II, with the following results: Video Only: no error Video + English Audio: no error Video + 2 audio streams: no error Video + 2 audio streams + 1 subtitle stream: too many frames Until here, I can understand that the additional subpicture stream is too much for the DVD capacity... But let's continue: Video + English Audio + 1 subtitle stream: too many frames Video + no audio + 1 subtitle stream: too many frames So it seems there must be something wrong with the subtitles or maybe a bug in IFOEdit? Best regards, xvrbx
my experiences where quite different. I could add 14 subtitle streams without any problems but when I went beyond 3 audio streams I got a too many frames dropped error. Same with Gladiator.. I could add subs and all 3 AC3 streams but when I added the DTS I got a too many frames dropped. Same thing with only one AC3 and DTS regardless of the subs.
hi there, i test mine with only the audio! and still get . Stream EO:data arrive too late current SRC.?? to many frame drop outs?? what does EO stands for. i thing is still difficult yes with ifoedit 0.95? i'm trying with dvdmnaestro :(

In case anyone is still reading this thread, I think I've found the answer. I had exactly the same problem, and I only had one audio track (no subs), and the audio was even only two channel. I then noticed that the bitrate (when properties were viewed under the windows explorer) was 1500 kbps, a little over-the-top for such a simple stream, but I guess some studios do it that way. Anyway, it occurred to me that I had encoded the video with a max bitrate of 9800, and the two together could have added to mere than 10 Mbps, so I simply re-encoded (using CCE), and this time set the max to 8500, allowing 1500 for the audio, and sure enough, the problem went away. The reason you don't see it until some way into the movie is that the bitrate has to actually reach the maximum before ifoedit balks, which won't happen until you get alot of high action frames. So there you go, just rack down your max bitrate and re-encode and the problem is solved.
