VOLVO 480 93 2.0 rear wiper motor and infocentre

What would cause rear wiper motor to work on and off and infocentre display? Thanks, matt

when the rear wiper doesn't work at all check the cable at the top of the rear window, this is often the location of the fault. a break in the wire here will result in the wiper not working at all or sometimes come to a stop mid sweep. chris.
