Unfloat tweak...

I'm wondering, could unfloating a plugin please show you to the plugin in its chain and move focus to it? (opening the chain if it's closed) At the moment selecting unfloat seems to do the same as the close "X" button. The most common reason for me to unfloat is to change things in the chain and that requires opening the chain as a second step. if I did just want to close I would just click the close button. let me see if I got it: you want to "unfloat window" and that automatically opens up the track's FX chain, right? If it's so yeah, it could be useful (even though I do not use that function)

Hey M_N. At the moment the unfloat menu option seems to be identical to closing the window, but if I want to close the window I can already just hit the X close button. If I have a floated plugin and want to unfloat it, it is because I want to see it in its "unfloated view" - ie. within its chain and with the other things like Preset & the Learn button. So it would be good if unfloat opens/focusses on that plugin within its chain.

I agree, 'unfloat' should go to the FX chain window with the FX highlighted. That's what one would expect. I also would like to see learn and presets in the floated view like mercato said. Plus a way to configure the new UI buttons in both floated and FX chain views.
