white lines underneath subtitles in final dvd

I just finished a backup of a DVD using Trilights DVD9 to DVD5 guide. However I'm experiencing a problem in the authoring process. The thing is, when I enable subtitles in Powerdvd a lot of sentences have a thin white horizontal line underneath them. I first had the thought that i might have overlooked a setting in Subrip 1.02. But the bmp files show no white lines. So the problem must be in DVD Maestro when I join the lot together. Is there some setting I forgot or need to change? I'm creating a backup of a PAL movie, although the guide is for a NTSC movie, I did not change any settings other then mentioned in the guide. Does anyone know an answer to this problem? Thanks! I changed the maximum capture region in subrip from 720x480 to 720x576 for PAL which seems to work for me. In my case it only worked after restarting subrip. Since I changed it, the problem did not occur any more. Hopefully this works for you too. Greets, fiepke
