Reaper 2.56 bug

Hello, when I tweak the volume envelopes on audio clips (items) sometimes they won't move and reaper opens 1 to 29 new instances until I end the processes in the Windows task manager. I didn't work much with multiple audio clips on one track until shortly so I don't know if it is related to v2.56 especially.

I was also having trouble with playback glitches with multiple audio tracks in version 2.56. I just installed version 2.5 and it works fine.
