I am having trouble copying some of my dvd-rs (not dvds) If i use nero and start the wizard and follow the prompts for dvd copy the dvd that is made doesnt always work in my dvd player. Is there a way to use smartripper as when i do use it i select ALL on the files tab and when i goto burn it with prassi primodvd it says error or something? I woulkd liek to know the simplest way and quicest to copy some of my preripped dvds as sometimes they get to scratched and i need to reback them up, i dont want to rerip the original dvd again as that takes to much time. i am using the defaults in smartripper al checked but is this right? as if i have already ripped the dvd why would i have to leave everything checked IE demacrovision and regionfree patch? Any help would be helpful. Thanks Yomper

Another question is on smartripper there are 2 different tabs with the option to select all files/vobs, one is on the files tab and the other is on the movie/stream processing tab. If i select ALL on the stream processing tab will this still rip all the stuff i need to do a straight burn to another dvdr? as when i select all on the files tab primo prassi doesnt always copy the folder. TIA Yomper

Use DVD Decrypter 3.0. One of the modes in that program allows you to make an ISO of the disc and burn it back to a new disc. Very simple stuff.. Its available on Doom9's download page. Cheers Fletch
