[I don't know where the original Discussion thread is (if indeed I created one)]. Summary: -- enter the output (audio) track name prefix, -- pick how many output channels you want (you get the first "N"), -- or pick the individual output tracks, -- select if you want them visible in the Mixer only, -- pick how many input MIDI channels you want (you get the first "N"), -- select if you want them visible in the Arranger only, -- select if you want the Instrument and tracks inside a folder (with a Folder End track too). Also (not in the mock-up): -- enter the input (MIDI) track name prefix, --------------------------------- FR in Issue Tracker (from 2009): 114 votes so far, but go wild.

Neat. Another classic. Guess the devs figured we'd all be using templates and nobody needs the extra help. 114 disagreements so far.

Aaaaand......... BUMP! (grin) Well you never know....

And another thing: -- a choice to enable "Link Track volume/pan to MIDI channel NN" for the 16 'MIDI' tracks ... 146 + votes so far
