Canopus Procoder Support....why?

I dont exactly understand why procoder is supported in the latest build. From what i read on the forums even at 2pass at mastering quality it doesnt compare to cce @ 4pass. Now i do appreciate that dvd2svcd is trying out new encoders for his godsend app, but support for a $700 app that many people prolly cant afford, not to mention questionable quality is kind of confusing to me. Either way, keep up the good work with the app. chaos

Easy explained. Users of ProCoder have told me that it's very very good when doing DV material. No matter what you think, the quality is in the eye of the beholder.

I'll add my three cents to what DVD2SVCD said only to confirm Canopus Procoder is really great at encoding DV material or AVI from analog sources. I've been using it ever since I tried it the first time. I think I won't be the only one to really thank DVD2SVCD for adding this option. Waldok:cool:
