Ignition Pack Plugins not Seen within PT

Hi there, I just installed 7.3 on my MacBook Pro. I had to create a new User to run PT because it always crashed on my usual User account. Then I proceded to install the Ignition Pack Plugins and which worked but they can't be seen within PT, only the digirack plugs. The user account I'm using is set up as an administrator so I can't see why I don't see the plugins? My system: MacBook Pro 15" 2.16 gHz Intel Core Duo 2 G RAM OS 10.8.4 PT 7.3 Thanks, Gunnar
