(.avi) Converted to .mp2 -> .vob

I have converted an .avi file to .mp2 format using REMPEG and it plays great on my computer. The next step I can't figure out is how to converte the .mp2 format to .VOB in order to burn in to DVD. Can anyone direct me to the correct tool to utilize to accomplish this? Keep in mind all I have to work with so far from the .avi is an .mp2 and the original .mp2 files. I've tried SpruceUp but that is no longer for sale and out of demo options. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the information. That seems to work great. I have the older version but seemed to be having video/audio problems recompiling an original DVD. I'll try using this from now on for my .avi conversions. Thank you again.
