Hmm.. to the best of my knowledge, you may wish to use an external clock to sync the board and your PT systems together on the same timecode. I have not set up a rig of that calliber honestly, but have seen a lot of folks set them up that way. You may wish to post in the HD section also to see what a few fellow HD folks have to say. Goodluck on your setup!

Sradio, Not knowing the automation package you are using, I can only suggest to look up the setup pages..make sure it is running in continuous sync mode. Some TC readers acquire lock, then switch to freewheel. Also it may sound obvious, your source code shouldn't run over the 23:59:59:00 address. Are there TC output options in the sync I/O ? You should check that also. I'd call Neve support with this one. good luck,

Yes.."phase lock" is what I meant (thanx Rail) Another workaround would worth trying is; Print the LTC on an audio track, should be accurate enough for automation if no picture is involved. Then, temporarily mute a chunk of the TC track at the top of your loop. IMO the Neve will/should re-acquire positional lock. At least this is the way I work with an Optifile Tetra. I don't have the sync IO. good luck,
