Shortcut for "Markers: Go to next marker" doesn't work

The above action works fine with "Run" from the Actions window. The shown shortcut in the Actions window for this action is ] (AltGr 9 on German keyboard). I've checked if this combination shows the correct character in a text editor. It does. But Reaper doesn't react at all when using this shortcut. Any ideas why? Michael

Same thing here with Swedish keyboard. AltGr+9 results in ] as I type this (Chrome 27, W7x64), but apparently not in Reaper. If I do a "Find shortcut" and hit AltGr+9, I get "Shortcut not found". When I do "Add" and hit AltGr+9, it shows as Ctrl+Alt+9. I guess ] is not on Ctrl+Alt+9 on US keyboards...
