how to delete about 300 millisecs of a wave

there's an error on one of my movies where the picture becomes weird (alot of rectangles). this makes the audio after this point out of synch. i know i could fix it if i only found a way to delete 300 milliseconds of the .wav file. plz somebody help me. i've used alot of time trying to fix this, but i haven't made it. thanks for all help

1- split the movie in 2 or more parts, and set an audio delay saparately for the part after the corruption (in your case -300) then rejoin. 2- save the audio as wav ,load in sound forge and delete those 300ms.

try goldwave go to the position where the audio starts to become out of synch, and select the 300ms you want to delete and save.
