'cuse me... but ummm, isn't El Capitan just a particular big rock inside Yosemite? Oh my... what will be next? Half Dome? Bridal Veil? Glacier Point? ...or perhaps, if the drift will stay with National Monuments... how about Death Valley? sup my niggras, let's talk Death Valley... the lowest lying, hottest OS ever!

Looks like reaper and el capitan don't play nicely together yet. When moving the mouse pointer over the interface during palyback everything starts lagging badly. You can see it best from the meters and transport. Point is: Don't update to el capitan before offical support from cockos.
